IVORI RED WINE 2008

 This wine is made with grape from the Rials Valley region, and to be more precise, from two estates: “Vilavinyes” and “La Molassa”.

Productions are highly controlled to obtain structure and balance.
The final blend varies depending on the degree of ripeness of the different varieties.

The varietal base is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, complemented with Red Grenache.
Ageing was done in 300, 400 and 500 litre French oak casks during 14 months.

This wine has a dark cherry colour, a nose with a deep aroma of black fruits (plum and fig), it is balsamic with spiced notes.

It has a long-lasting and elegant finish with liquorice and smoked nuances.

It combines perfectly with charcoal-grilled or roasted meats, game casseroles, cheeses...
